LADbible Rolls Out Irish CTV Channel on Samsung TV plus

The LADbible Group has launched its first free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel in Ireland, available exclusively via Samsung TV Plus. The new 24/7 channel features original programming from LADbible. From series such as 'Minutes With', 'Snack Wars', 'Agree to Disagree' to 'Would You Rather'. The content spans celebrity interviews, personal-stories segments, and entertainment aimed at younger viewers.

For anyone who is unfamiliar with the LADbible Group, the company was founded in 2012 and headquartered in Manchester with offices in London, Dublin, Sydney, and Melbourne, LADbible Group is one of the world’s leading digital publishers focused on younger audiences (18‑34 yrs). Its portfolio includes LADbible, UNILAD, SPORTbible, GAMINGbible, and Tyla. The group produces social video, editorial content, and original programming, and reaches an audience of nearly 500 million globally.

How Core buys Fast TV

Our FAST publisher partners currently include LG TV, Samsung TV Plus, and Rakuten TV, which sit alongside traditional BVOD and broadcast partners in our video ecosystem. We are able to access this inventory programmatically, ensuring that campaigns are optimised across both premium broadcaster video and FAST streaming channels.

By adding the FAST partners to the station mix, it ensures our ads reach beyond traditional broadcaster ecosystems and into the rapidly growing streaming audience, and our clients benefit from both the scale of broadcaster video and the incremental reach of FAST TV, all within a unified buying framework with frequency controlled across all supply.

Future Focused

For advertisers and the wider media industry, LADbible’s Irish CTV launch signals an evolution in digital-native media strategies. It shows that major online publishers now see CTV as a core platform, not just an experimental channel. This opens up new opportunities for Core clients targeting young Irish audiences in premium, long-form environments.

Sky Media is also preparing to roll out their own channels to certain providers over the next few months including News, sports and entertainment.
